Appress Ingredients:
Cynara scolymus, Gahwa Bean Extract,
Lagerstroemia Speciosa, Chromium Picolinate, Vanadyl sulfate, Pterocarpus Marsupium,

Appress Dosage Guidelines:
For optimum weight loss, correct dosing is crucial. First, find your recommended
weight from the height and weight chart below. Then deduct that number from
your actual weight. Based on the amount of weight you need to lose, follow these
dosage instructions:
100 or more pounds: Take 3 capsules with morning meal and
2 capsules with evening meal.
50-75 pounds: Take 2 capsules with morning meal and 2 capsules
with evening meal.
24-49 pounds: Take 2 capsules with morning meal and 1 capsule
with evening meal.
10-24 pounds: Take 1 capsule with morning meal and 1 capsule
with evening meal.
