- For customer who qualified for the Free Shipping -- if you
return your order to us resulting from your own mistake / changing

- Orders are typically ready for pick up after 2~3 business days processing time. Please leave a valid phone number, an iHealthTree customer service representative will contact you as soon as your order is ready.
- Pick Up option with $2 handling fee is for customers picking up orders at our company office located in 21003 Commerce Pointe Dr., City of Industry, CA 91789. We will give you a call when the order is ready.

All orders will be shipped within 1 to 3 business days, depending on in-stock availability. Regular Ground shipping may take up to 5-10 business days to deliver.

Please Note: All expedited orders may require 1-3 business days to process before it can be shipped, depending on in-stock availability. For example, if you place your order on Friday and you choose Next Day Air, if your product is in stock, it will ship out Monday and be delivered Tuesday.

- ADDRESS CORRECTION:
Customers will be charged a $11.00 address correction fee if incorrect
shipping address is used when placing the order. This fee will
be charged once UPS has notified us of the address correction
and the additional charge. The customer will be notified of the
charge via email, if no email address is given the customer will
not be notified of the charge.
If iHealthTree receive the returned products due to incorrect
address provided by customer, we will refund the item cost ONLY.
- Some items themselves qualify for Free Ground Shipping.

Shipping Items. Free ground shipping is offered for these items only. If you purchase additional items, the shipping fee will be applied. This is due to package size/weight increase. If expedited shipping is preferred, please check the shipping method and also make a note on the "Comment" field. You may also contact us directly for the shipping fee. We will charge you the actual shipping fee once you have confirmed.
- iHealthTree requires an adult signature on any package over
you purchase nutrition bars, they may melt during transit. Although
this problem is rare, we suggest that you refrigerate all this
kind of products as soon as you receive them. We do not accept
returns on melted products.
