Military APO/FPO Shipping Rate: First 2 LB $11.44, each additional LB range is $1.54-$3.80;

shipping method option. Shipping rate for military addresses and First 2 LB is $11.44 flat rate, each additional LB range is $1.54-$3.80. Please also note orders may take up to 4~5 business days for processing, and shipping time is not guaranteed as some APO/FPO orders may require 6-8 weeks of lead time.

- For Orders being Shipped to MP, VI, GU, PR, HI & AK, if the shipping fee for your order is more than the standard shipping rate, your order will be placed on hold until all costs have been confirmed and agreed upon.
- P.O. Box Address will be delivered by USPS
only. Please Do Not Select UPS for P.O. Box Address.
- For customer who qualified for the Free Shipping -- if you
return your order to us resulting from your own mistake / changing
mind, we have to charge you back for the shipping fee, depending
on how much United States Postal Service or UPS actual charge
us.
- Orders are typically ready for pick up after 2~3 business days processing time. Please leave a valid phone number, an iHealthTree customer service representative will contact you as soon as your order is ready.
- Pick Up option with $2 handling fee is for customers picking up orders at our company office located in 21003 Commerce Pointe Dr., City of Industry, CA 91789. We will give you a call when the order is ready.
- For APO, FPO shipping, please select "Military APO/FPO" option under the shipping method option. Shipping rate for military addresses and First 2 LB is $11.44 flat rate, each additional LB range is $1.54-$3.80. All orders will be shipped within 1 to 3 business days, depending on in-stock availability. Regular Ground shipping may take up to 5-10 business days to deliver.
iHealthTree.com offers: UPS / USPS Ground Shipping and expedited shipping such as:
UPS Next Day Air (plus 1-3 business days for processing time)
UPS 2nd Day Air (plus 1-3 business days for processing time)
UPS 3-Day (plus 1-3 business days for processing time)
Please Note: All expedited orders may require 1-3 business days to process before it can be shipped, depending on in-stock availability. For example, if you place your order on Friday and you choose Next Day Air, if your product is in stock, it will ship out Monday and be delivered Tuesday.
*If you do need Saturday Delivery, please pay $15 extra and call in for the order.
For HI, AK, PR, VI, GU, and MP orders, we ship by USPS Priority Mail. You may also select UPS expedited shipping methods, but some areas may not be deliverable.
For International orders,we ship by International Economy Shipping or International Express.
Shipping depends on where you are located, what level of service you select, and the weight of the product in your order.
UPS Ground service is available in the 48 contiguous U.S. states ONLY.

- We
do NOT back order the out-of-stock product to ship to you later.
If any item in your order are out of stock / discontinued, we
will ship the remaining to you and deduct item subtotals and at
least corresponding shipping cost related to out-of-stock items
(if your original order amount is with free shipping, we won't
charge shipping after modified) towards your order WITHOUT
further notice (except the out-of-stock accounts for
the major part of your order). If you still need the product,
please check back later and place a new order.
- In
order to process your order smoothly, we strongly recommend
you to use the same address for both your shipping and billing
address or your order could be delayed for verification.
- Please
note that UPS DOES NOT ship to P.O. Box, so do not use
P.O. Box as UPS shipping address.
- For HI, AK, PR, VI, GU, and MP orders, we use USPS (United States Postal Service) for shipping.
For PR orders, please choose US United States as country name.
- ADDRESS CORRECTION:
Customers will be charged a $11.00 address correction fee if incorrect
shipping address is used when placing the order. This fee will
be charged once UPS has notified us of the address correction
and the additional charge. The customer will be notified of the
charge via email, if no email address is given the customer will
not be notified of the charge.
If iHealthTree receive the returned products due to incorrect
address provided by customer, we will refund the item cost ONLY.
- Some items themselves qualify for Free Ground Shipping.

Shipping Items. Free ground shipping is offered for these items only. If you purchase additional items, the shipping fee will be applied. This is due to package size/weight increase. If expedited shipping is preferred, please check the shipping method and also make a note on the "Comment" field. You may also contact us directly for the shipping fee. We will charge you the actual shipping fee once you have confirmed.
- iHealthTree requires an adult signature on any package over
$200.00 value.
- If
you purchase nutrition bars, they may melt during transit. Although
this problem is rare, we suggest that you refrigerate all this
kind of products as soon as you receive them. We do not accept
returns on melted products.
- All
orders will be shipped and processed according to the availability
of the item ordered.
- Customer may write down at "Comments" field when placing orders. However, this information cannot be regarded by iHealthTree.com as a requirement. All orders are processed and handled according to item and quantity input by customers.
- If you didn't receive the package, please report to us via email or phone call within 20 business days after place order.
