getting a call back about UPS being slow on residential deliveries, and
getting a $3.00 shipping discount on my next order, I have to say these
guys have gone above what most merchants would have to make up for somthing
that really was out of their control. I wish UPS had such a consurned
staff!

service was prompt. I was informed of the cost for the international postage
when I ordered the product but was sent an email with this information
highlighted. I thought this was great because it was expensive and I may
have misread it wrong. When I emailed back asking for the order total
and approximate delivery time. my email was replied to within 24 hours
- even with the time differences. The order arrived earlier than the time
estimated (2-3 weeks) and this was during the xmas/new year period of
holidays. I was very happy with the service and promptness of delivery
and I would order from this company again.

appreciate their low prices and their prompt service both in shipping
my order as well as answering my customer service questions. The e-mail
I sent did get answered which is much better than some larger manufacturers.
Thank you for allowing me to participate in this survey and I hope to
order from ihealthtree.com in the future. Just one problem no biggie but
shipping costs are $6.99 for a small order, if there is something you
can do about that, great. It might increase your business. Puritans Pride
charges $4.25 for example and some others charge around $4-$5 for a small
shipment. Just a suggestion, hope to shop with you soon.
