i placed the order on a friday and the nice professional lady that took my order told me that i would get my order the following monday. my skeptical mind expected more like wednesday or thursday. monday evening around 5pm i decided to track my order through ups. tracking info said my order was delivered around 5pm. i opened my front door and there was my order. i will order from iHealthTree.com again and i will tell my family and friends. in fact, i am going to drive up to their offices and meet them, since i plan on having a long relationship with them. thank you iHealthTree.com smith iuli

I was extremely pleased with my entire experience. For example, I chose overnight delivery for my purchase but iHealthtree changed it to standard and reduced the shipping charge when they realized that we were both in Southern California and standard delivery would get to me just as quickly. They could have sent it standard and pocketed the extra money but they did the honest thing.

iHEALTHTREE Health Food Store was more than satasfactory. I had no trouble at
all finding the product I was looking for, and iHEALTHTREE was helpfull in suggesting,
rateing, and describeing the products available to me. The only problem I will
likely encounter in the future, is not the fault of iHEALTHTREE but our oppressive
governmet for banning the sale of efedra containing products. It should be up
to the informed consumer to make the decision of weather or not a product is right
for him/her. I only hope that we as consumers will from this day foreward stand
up for our rights to purchase whatever we please, as that is what makes us truely

My purchase was easier through IHealthTree on line than actually going into a
store. I cant find one thing about this experience that wasnt perfect. I was able
to find what I wanted, in the quantity I wanted at a lower price than I expected
and the communication was exceptional. I received an email stating they had received
my request, then another one telling me they had shipped my order (all on the
same day). Shipping and Handling was VERY reasonable, it was FREE and as for the
delivery----I had my order almost before I hit the send key to submit my request.
My order arrived within a couple of days, and was packed to prevent any damage
to my order. As for the Customer Service I didnt rate it because I didnt need
to use it. I would definately purchase from IHEALTHTREE again.

of my shipment was said to be on hold - it was delivered in excellent condition

I hope this company with such high regard. A product ordered had been sold out.
Within 24 hours, an actual human called me to advise me of the deficiency in my
order and gave me the option to wait or get part of my order...Of course, I opted
to get the partial now and take the rest later. I know that they didnt have to

I have limited experience with this merchant since it was my first time ordering,
but I would definately buy from them again. There were only two things I was not
totally pleased with ~ delivery was not as quick as some other merchants I have
used (although the price of delivery is very competititve) and I didnt hear back
from them when I emailed them asking if it was normal to take that amount of time.
Overall, it was very easy to use their website, I was pleased with their prices
