"Excellent" ---- I ordered three hair products from iHealthTree.com. In the first shipment, only two arrived. But an invoice was included that informed me the third item was out of stock and would be shipped when it came in. It was only a couple of days before that third item was delivered. I was impressed with their customer service and the products I ordered were the ones I received. I will definitely use this site again when these products run out.

"Excellent" ---- I was very impressed with how fast my order was delivered. I got it faster than some of the larger online retailers. I searched for an herbal product that a friend recommended to me and this site was one of two who had it. I knew the item was hard to get so I was thrilled to find it. One thing I would have liked is a way to jump back to the page I was viewing after I put an item in my cart. Since I was buying make-up I wanted to buy the same product, just in different colors. Purchasig is uncomplicated, delivery asap and I would not hesitate to re-order from this company again. Am disappointed that free shipping isnt offered on orders over $100, instead of $150 though. Their prices have dropped dramatically in recent months, and the variety of brands and products offered continues to grow, making iHealthtree.com a more and more attractive first stop on the Internet when shopping for vitamins, nutritional supplements, and health foods. Keep it up, folks! The only thing that might be improved is the shipping times. To be fair, we are on opposite coasts, which is a worst-case scenario for shipping.
